As first light broke through the karri trees, six mates and a dedicated crew began the epic adventure of running 1,000 kilometres in a bid to highlight men’s health and wellbeing throughout regional Western Australia.

Covering a massive 122 kms on Day 1,  Tim Lyster, Heath East, Anthony Stubberfield, Mat Johnston, Wayne Barnden and Paul Omodei took on natures finest from Nannup to Northcliffe. Local wildlife, road trains and road works were taken in their stride as they focused on each step at a time (and each hill as it came).  You can view the 7 day run summary or get an insight with the 7 day runners timetable.
